Charter Requests Post Your Charter Requests and reports in here - single thread per request and report please. When completed and hours are updated, it will be deleted. Rules: 1. A formal request must be submitted before the Charter is flown and its reason - ie: practice for next CR level or a one off actual QAL charter that you find in Australian Aviation mag or similar. That means you must have approval from management for your request prior to reporting it. If you report and fly without approval your hours will not count 2. Organised online (VATSIM/VATPAC) events will be automatically approved - just report if its flown online on a QVA ratified event. 3. Arbitrary flights on non Qantas routes will not be approved. 4. Hours to be counted as standard QVA routine (ie flown in a higher cat a/c - total hours only - not cat hours), if you are "ATC" during an online QVA event - x 2 accredited hours
